If you backed a crowdfunding campaign from Night Goddess Games—thank you! We know you’re anxious to get your rewards, and this page will tell you everything you need to know to do just that. Please review everything here carefully before starting your redemption.
Step One: Check for available rewards
On the Night Goddess Games website, go the the Store menu and select My Account from the submenu.
If this is your first visit, you’ll need to set up your password by selecting the Lost Password option. Your user ID is the email you provided in the post-campaign survey, which might be different from your Kickstarter email. We will email you at this address anytime new rewards are added to your account. If you aren’t sure which email is associated with your account, send us a message via our contact form and we’ll get you sorted.
Once logged in, select Coupons and Crowdfunding Rewards to see all rewards currently available for redemption.
Step Two: Add rewards to cart
Each available reward is listed with a redemption code, the name of the product, and the expiration date. Crowdfunding rewards are available for one year after they are added to your account, which allows you to redeem them as they become available or hold off until additional rewards are added. If a reward you are expecting does not appear in your list, it means this reward is not yet available for redemption.
You may add items one at a time or all at once. To add a single product, click the redemption code. The item will be added to your cart along with a coupon that reduces its price to $0, and your cart will open in a new tab. To add additional items, simply close this tab and click the next item you’d like to redeem.
Note: Items will remain in your coupon list until you have completed the checkout process, but accidentally clicking the same coupon more than once will not have any effect.
If you prefer to add all items at once, click the Add All Rewards to Cart button. Please note that this process runs in the background and can take up to 5-10 seconds per coupon, so do not close or refresh the page. You will be taken to your cart automatically once all rewards have been added.
Step Three: Finalize order
Once you’ve added all rewards you want to process, you will see them in your cart with their cost brought to zero. You will not be able to remove them individually from this section of the cart, but you can empty the entire cart at once.
If you would like to remove individual rewards from your cart for any reason, you can do so by removing the associated coupon lower on the page in the Cart totals section.
If you would like to add additional retail items to your order to take advantage of combined shipping costs, feel free to do so at this time. You can browse the rest of the store by clicking the KEEP SHOPPING button on the cart page, or by using the STORE link in the upper left menu.
Once you’ve added any retail items, you’ll see that they can be changed or removed from your cart directly.
You might find that your shipping charges are actually a bit lower when adding retail items to your cart! This is because our retail prices subsidize shipping in a slightly different way from Kickstarter items—please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for more information.
If you live in or will be traveling to the Chicago area, you are welcome to schedule a free pickup at our local fulfillment center. Please be sure to review our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details about our local pickup option before selecting this option.
Once you’re happy with your selections, you may proceed to checkout and pay for any outstanding charges. That’s it—now just sit back and wait for your rewards!
